Description:
The artist delves into the pervasive presence of gadgets in our daily lives, exploring how the essential act of engagement with technology often blurs into an addictive compulsion. These devices, once mere tools, have morphed into modern talismans, symbols of the times we inhabit. Yet, the work subtly raises the question: do these digital icons truly enhance our lives, or do they subtly steal our attention from the genuine opportunities that fate may present? This abstract piece invites viewers to reflect, urging them to turn away from the endless scroll of screens and reconnect with the tangible, the real, and the transformative power of art itself.
About the Artist
Born in 1994 in Baku, Azerbaijan, at the dawn of a pivotal era when socialism was collapsing to give way to nascent capitalism, his journey embodies a quest for transformation and artistic exploration. In 2009, he moved to Israel, where he studied performing and acting arts at the prestigious Elad Theater. However, during his final year of studies, the pandemic and lockdown abruptly interrupted his theatrical momentum. Confined in his apartment, deprived of a stage and creative space, he turned inward, seeking a new language to express his energy.
